A large Wyoming ranch labeled “Little Yellowstone” recently sold for eight figures.

The sellers, identified as the May family, are seeking $85 million for the sprawling ranch that family members have lived in for nearly 130 years, according to its listing with Latham Jenkins of Live Water Properties.

The ranch, officially named “Antlers Ranch,” is near Meeteetse, a town south of Cody. It first appeared on the market in early August.

The farm’s scenery and the wildlife that people can encounter are what helped earn it the nickname “Little Yellowstone”.

The listing said Antlers Ranch is “part of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem of 22 million acres.” The nearly 3,500-square-mile Yellowstone National Park sits at the center of the vast area.

“We’ve had buyers wanting to visit the farm since it launched, but many wanted to wait until after the election to make a decision,” Jenkins told FOX Business.

“Now, after the election, we have noticed a huge increase in sincere interest and new leads,” he continued. “We may have a new owner in the spring.”
