Police are looking for suspects in a Mid-City robbery
One person was shot and killed during a robbery in Mid-City Friday morning, police said.
One suspect has been arrested, but Los Angeles Police are still looking for two other men who are believed to be involved, said police officer Charles Miller.
The shooting was reported at 10:13 a.m. near the intersection of Venice and Hauser streets, he said.
Video from KABC 7 shows police and emergency services near the mall at the intersection.
The suspects apparently arrived at the place in a Lexus ES car.
Details about the incident were not released and are still under investigation, but Miller said a man was shot and killed during the robbery. No additional information about the deceased was immediately available.
One man, described as a black male dressed in all black and armed with a gun, was taken into custody after the incident, Miller said.
Police are still looking for two other men who are believed to be involved.
One of them was described as a black or Latino male, wearing a gray hoodie and yellow pants, Miller said. No description is available for the third suspect.
