One person was killed and two police officers were injured after a shooting Sunday morning in Peoria.
According to Peoria police, the person involved in the shooting died near 91st and Grand avenues. Two police officers were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Peoria Police said there is no active threat to the community.
The area will be closed for the rest of the day as authorities complete the investigation, police said.
