Attendees at the Fox Nation Patriot Awards talk about the importance of patriotism in a crucial election year: ‘It’s free to talk’
The sixth annual FOX Nation Patriot Awards airs Sunday night on Fox News Channel at 10 pm ET. Ahead of the historic event, Fox News Digital was at the Tilles Center for Performing Arts in Brookville, New York to ask attendees what patriotism means to them.
The Patriot Awards were hosted by Sean Hannity and featured President-elect Donald Trump. Attendees from all walks of life seemed to have a deep love for America, and many of them were quick to explain why patriotism is so important to them.
“Patriotism is honoring our soldiers, honoring our armed forces, standing for the National Anthem, being proud to be an American because this is the greatest country of all and everyone should feel entitled to live here,” replied a female college student.

“It says it all, no matter what background you come from: Black, White, Hispanic, we are all Americans. We come together, we work hard, and we want the best for everyone,” said one attendee.
Others told Fox News Digital that patriotism means “freedom,” “being a good person,” “independence,” honoring the military, and loyalty and simply loving the nation. printing press.

Many who attended the Patriot Awards pointed to Trump’s Election Day victory with their response.
“If Trump were to lose, it would be the end of this country,” said one woman.
Trump, who received the “Patriot of the Year” award at the Tilles Center, promised the roaring crowd that he would “make things right in this country” again.

Sticker Mule CEO Anthony Constantino, who recently filed for Congress to succeed Rep. Elise Stefanik, RN.Y., following her nomination to be the next US ambassador to the United Nations, was among the attendees at the Fox Nation event.
“Loving your country,” he said when asked what patriotism means to him.
One attendee said patriotism means “everything” to him.
“I’m talking about patriotism, freedom… And on the other hand, it’s about communism,” he said.

Fox News Media, including Benjamin Hall, Will Cain, Rachel Campos-Duffy, Steve Doocy, Ainsley Earhardt, Harris Faulkner, Bill Hemmer, Abby Hornacek, Laura Ingraham, Johnny Joey Jones, Lawrence Jones, Brian Kilmeade, Martha MacCallum, Dana Perino, Judge Jeanine Pirro and Jesse Watters appeared throughout the night and served as emcees.
