Twenty years after Cady Heron and Gretchen Wieners debuted, The girls said stars Lindsay Lohan again Lacey Chabert effortlessly return to their iconic roles to recreate the teen comedy scene on the Wednesday, November 20, episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.
Even the host Andy Cohen get in on the action by playing Rachel McAdams‘ Regina George – while wearing The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciaka real wig. (Same wig Sarah Paulson recently dressed to recreate Heather Gay‘s equally iconic “Receipts! Evidence! The timeline!” monologue.)
Lohan, 38, and Chabert, 42, said lines from one of the lunch scenes from The girls said where Plastic – Regina, Gretchen and Karen Smith (played by Amanda Seyfried) – explain high school rules to Cady. However, Regina is obsessed with the calories in her Kälteen bars.
“Having lunch with the Plastics was like leaving the real world and entering Girl World,” Lohan said, taking it easy. Us back in 2004. “And Girl World had a lot of rules.”
Chabert also channeled Gretchen as she told Lohan’s Cady, “You can’t wear a tank top two days in a row, and you can’t wear your hair in a ponytail once a week. Oh, and we always vote before we ask someone to lunch with us. I mean, you wouldn’t buy a skirt without first asking your friends if it looks good on you.”
Cohen, 56, did Oscar-nominated McAdams justice by portraying Regina George. “This queen will be playing the queen bee, Regina George,” she said as she put on Zolciak’s wig.

McAdams added that he did not know how much of his previous expenses were involved.
“I didn’t know everyone was doing it. I would, of course, always love to be a part of a Mean Girls reunion and hang out with my Plastic, but yeah, I found that out later,” she said.
